These were some of the first images that impressed me when I arrived on deviantART in 2011. I'm as much in awe as I was back then.. I think these images are beautiful.
I wanted to make my first feature with selections of my first faves for a while now.. hope y'all enjoy it ^^

As a kid, in the age of the unactractiveness of bad quality felt-tip pens I used to doodle fairly uncommercial unpractical robotish connecting parts or fantastic (literally) shapes or figures on small pieces of paper..
Later on in life I found myself doing the same thing again inside a computer..
This slowly shifted to more abstract and finally, less mechanical compositions.. Strange to rediscover nature inside of a computer..
After years of shaping and colouring in a computer I finally found the nerve to start experimenting with paint in 2009, and have known a few periods on/off of rapid painting since.. 2011 has been slow up until now paintingwise..
